Processing Times
All SUN RAY pieces are handcrafted in small batches. I generally strive to ship orders the same or next business day, however please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be prepared during busy periods.
If you need your order sooner, you can select Express Shipping at checkout. For very time-sensitive requests, please reach out and I’ll do my best to help.

Shipping Within Australia
We ship via Australia Post.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Tracking is included with all orders. Once your parcel has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on destination and local customs processing.
Any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact me at ashlea@sunray-designs.com and I’ll help lodge an inquiry with Australia Post. SUN RAY is not responsible for delays once parcels are with the carrier, but I will always do my best to assist.
