Processing Times

All SUN RAY pieces are handcrafted in small batches. I strive to ship orders the same or next business day, however please allow up to 4 business days during busy periods.
Express Shipping is available at checkout. For any time-sensitive orders, please reach out and I will do my best to help.

Shipping (Australia)

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Standard: 3–7 business days
Express: 1–3 business days
Tracking is included with all Australian orders.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary based on location and customs.
Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once dispatched, delays with the postal carrier are outside my control, but I’m always happy to assist with an investigation if needed.


Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind

Due to hygiene reasons and the handcrafted nature of SUN RAY jewellery, returns or exchanges for change of mind are not accepted.
If you’re unsure about a style or length, please reach out before purchasing — I’m happy to guide you or answer any questions.

Faulty Items

If your jewellery arrives damaged or becomes faulty within 90 days, please email ashlea@sunray-designs.com with your order number and photos.
I will repair, replace, or refund where appropriate under Australian Consumer Law.

Repairs

Complimentary repairs are offered for any craftsmanship issues within 90 days.
After 90 days, repairs may incur a small materials fee.

Custom Orders

Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale unless faulty.
